DETECTIVE FUNDAMENTALS EXPLAINED

Allan Pinkerton (pictured right here circa 1861) was, in 1850, a detective on the Chicago law enforcement Department and, in 1851, the founder of the Pinkerton Detective Agency. Before the nineteenth century, there have been few municipal law enforcement departments, while the 1st had been established in Paris as way back as 1667. As police functio
